Dr. Fragoso is a certified provider of Active Release Techniques® (ART), which is a patented, state of the art soft-tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, fascia, and nerves. ART was founded by Dr. Michael Leahy and is currently practiced at the highest levels of athletic competition. However, ART isn’t just for athletes, it provides relief from many common repetitive strain and soft-tissue injuries, including carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, shoulder pain, shin splints and tennis elbow.
